When I was a child, I was intrigued with business and businesspeople. I started to work various jobs at a young age because I appreciated the independence, excitement and sense of accomplishment from earning an income. Fortunately, I had very supportive parents.  Sometimes my Dad would actually come to my jobs site and help with the work I was doing.   Those early years of self-motivated work helped me to develop the work ethics that I've carried through my adult career. I believe that with dedication, commitment and focus there are no limits to which a businessperson can achieve. I am Bill Warren from Benefits Design Resources (BDR). BDR is an insurance agency and the purpose of the agency is to provide clients financial security and peace of mind.
