We are Carlos and Cynthia Gonzales, in 2019 we were Palm Beach County residents expecting our beautiful daughter. Emma was born in July 2019 with a heart condition, so we found ourselves spending long periods of time at Nickalus Children's Hospital getting our daughter Emma the care she needed. This time helped us get to become familiar with Miami and opened new horizons for us. In March 2020, Covid fiercely attacked businesses and in September 2020 a friend called me to tell me that someone wanted to sell his restaurant in downtown Miami. I had experience in fast food family restaurants and my wife Cynthia was the manager of an embroidery company, so we took the leap, contacted the seller, and began our journey as restauranteurs. Since then, we moved our family to Miami to be closer to our restaurant and give our best to our beloved customers. We are Carlos and Cynthia Gonzales of Peruvian Fusion Cuisine Downtown Miami and we  proudly serve the best Peruvian Food in the area, from our family to yours.
