Purple Orchid

When I was a child my mother was a vegetarian, not very common in Brazil at this day and much much less common 40 years ago. I grew up drinking natural juices, green smoothies and having rainbow colors on my plate every meal. For me eating healthy was part of my childhood, but in one point in my life it stopped to be driven by work life and all it's commitments.

I believe that it happened with me and also with a lot of other people need to resign good healthy eating habits because of lack of time and availability.
