Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs played a significant role in who I have become.  In my childhood home business was one of the most common topics of conversation, especially at the dinner table.  As one of three brothers, two of us became business owners, and all three of us work in the housing industry.  My father is a general contractor and small business owner, and my grandfather owned a locksmith and hardware store.  Both my father and grandfather helped me gain invaluable real-world experience long before many of my peers began their path to entrepreneurship.  Both men made a tremendous impact in my life, and shaped me into the person that I am today.
